Our approach
CompIMG aims to provide understandable interface copy, sufficient text contrast, accessible focus indicators and keyboard-operable buttons and forms. The layout adapts to mobile and desktop widths, and we support reduced-motion preferences where practical.
Keyboard and assistive technologies
Navigation links, upload controls, file lists and processing buttons are designed with text alternatives or labels. The upload area supports clicking, Enter and Space. Status messages use an accessible live region to indicate progress or errors. Some tools, such as clicking an image to sample a pixel, involve visual interaction and may have accessibility limitations.
Limitations and testing
Browser processing relies on browser-supported canvas features and native file input behavior. The initial site package has not completed an independent WCAG conformance audit. Accessibility can vary according to device, browser, installed assistive technology and subsequent site customization.
Feedback is welcome
If something prevents you from completing an image operation, use the Contact page. Include the page URL, device, assistive technology if relevant, expected outcome and the obstacle you encountered. We will use the report to prioritize practical improvements.
Accessible alternatives
For precise image editing, retain the original file and consider an accessible desktop workflow where a particular web-based interaction is unsuitable. We aim to offer labelled numerical controls where possible rather than requiring only drag-and-drop actions.
